This tasty herbal sleep drink is an excellent formula for those having problems falling asleep, due to stress, 'mental chatter' or over-exhaustion.

The combination of Valerian and Passion Flower are used for their sedating effect on the nervous system.

Directions for use
Add 15ml to a cup of water before bedtime.
