Directions for use:

• Replace 1-2 meals / snacks per day. Breakfast, lunch and/or dinner
• Mix in just one scoop to 200ml (check) of low fat milk (rice or soy), juice or yogurt
• You can mix in a shaker if on the run, or if home in a blender & add in half a banana or mixed berries.
