A Pilates Ladder Barrel provides a new dimension of Pilates barrel exercises. The same exercises which can be done on the other barrel types can also be done with the ladder barrel, however the ladder barrel provides the height and curvature that the others simply cannot. The Ladder Barrel uses gravity rather than springs for resistance.

The Ladder Barrel is completely adjustable for differing user heights and builds, and to easily cater for a wide variety of differing exercises and stretches.

The Ladder Barrel features 4 ladder rungs, allowing varying degrees of strength and flexibility. There is an underneath ladder rung to grab onto. The Slide & Lock barrel system securely locks in to smoothly adjust the distance between the ladder and barrel to accommodate different torso and leg lengths.

The Ladder Barrel frame, ladder and rungs are made from solid German Beech Wood and is guaranteed to be so stable and strong it is backed by a lifetime warranty. The barrel is upholstered with EVA padded foam and a non-slip PU leather for a comfortable and secure surface.

The ladder connects to the base by 'dado joints' on either side so the ladder slides and locks into place into the base, secured by 4 stainless steel screws, with a triangular corner block added for extra support and stability.

The Pilates Ladder Barrel requires assembly and comes with the required tools. We recommend a 2 person assembly and we provide step-by-step instructions.

Your Pilates equipment is delivered in a wooden crate and requires opening. Please retain the crate until after you have assembled and tested the equipment.
