The BioChef Kalahari Food Dehydrator is made entirely from stainless steel – exterior, interior and drying trays! These spacious trays provide plenty of room to dehydrate a range of produce and can be removed to make space for larger items. The stainless steel construction makes the BioChef Kalahari Food Dehydrator extra durable and ensures your food never has to come in contact with any harmful, BPA leaching materials.

The BioChef Kalahari 10 Tray Food Dehydrator features a 24 hour timer which allows you to ‘set and forget’ the dehydrator to automatically turn itself off after the selected cycle and dehydrate while you are busy, at work or even sleeping!
The BioChef Kalahari 10 Tray Food Dehydrator has an adjustable thermostat with a temperature range of 35ºC – 80ºC. This makes it the perfect food drying machine for beef jerky, fruit leather, dried vegetables and herbs and much more. The low temperatures are low enough to preserve the enzymes in fruits and vegetables while the higher temperatures enable you to meet safety standards for dehydrating meat and fish.
The BioChef Kalahari 10 Tray Food Dehydrator also has a transparent glass door that enables you to check on the food you are dehydrating without having to open the dehydrator, ensuring precision drying every time!

Slightly taller than our 8 tray Kalahari model, the 10 Tray Kalahari Dehydrator is still compact at just 35cm tall.
