Introducing the BioChef Quantum Whole Slow Juicer, with second generation auger, 400W (max rated power) commercial-grade motor, dishwasher-safe parts and newly designed body.
The BioChef Quantum features the power and efficiency of our best selling Atlas Pro Whole Slow Juicer but has an updated, modern juicer base with convenient handle. The BioChef Quantum has a brushed metal finish and comes in burgundy, silver or bronze. The BioChef Quantum also includes 4 strainers, and comes with an extended warranty of 12 years on parts.

The BioChef Quantum features our industry-leading, max rated power 400W induction motor, which juices whole fruits and vegetables with ease at 37 RPM. This powerful motor achieves continuous juicing for up to 60 minutes while remaining extremely quiet during operation – maintaining a pleasant atmosphere both at home or in a commercial establishment.
The powerful motor means that you can extract juice from fruits and vegetables without heat, while retaining the nutrients and enzymes. A strong motor also allows you to make rice or nut milks.
Like all BioChef products, the Quantum’s parts are purposefully made from superior, high quality materials. The auger is made from a FDA food grade, heat-resistant and BPA free polycarbonate called Ultem. The drum or ‘bowl’ of the juicer is made from a BPA-free material called Tritan which is extremely durable and hard-wearing.
For added peace of mind, the Quantum comes with a lifetime warranty on the motor and 12 year warranty on parts for domestic use, and 1 year warranty if used for commercial purposes.

Preparing produce is the most time consuming part of juicing, but the Quantum Whole Slow Juicer makes juicing easy for you.
The Quantum has two feeding chutes - the larger is 8cm x 8cm, large enough for most whole fruits and vegetables to fit through without any prior preparation.
The smaller chute is perfect for juicing whole carrots, celery sticks or longer vegetables as they travel directly down towards the auger which can grab and pull the produce.
The design of the BioChef Whole Slow Juicer results in up to 3 times faster juicing than a standard vertical slow juicer, without losing any nutritional value.

The unique self-feeding system gently guides produce directly towards the auger at the optimum angle and speed. The auger will slowly crush, squeeze and strain produce to maximise the juice yield.
This process minimizes the raw food’s exposure to heat or friction and delivers a superior juice with enzymes and nutrients maintained.
The upgraded auger effortlessly pulls produce from the feeding chute and begins the pressing process for more juicer in less time! The large auger works well for juicing greens like celery, wheatgrass, kale and much more!
The BioChef Quantum also features a reverse button specifically designed to improve performance and juice yield.
